A beautiful and confortable chalet, surronded by a 800m² garden, situated in the authentic village of Crest-Voland. The chalet lies in a nature area and has a breathtaking view over the Aravis mountain range and the Mont Charvin.
The chalet "l'Hermine" is fully furnished with woods and has a very rustic interieur.

This superb country cottage, next to the ski area, lies to the edge of Crest-Voland, on zonnige a south slope. From the house and from the garden you have a superb view on the Aravis-massief and the Mont Chavin. The institution has been looked after and very complete and strikes as by vele woodwork rural. At these country cottage you have the arrangement concerning a large grass country and a very wide and sunny balcony. In short: excellent accommodation a very well holiday in the mounts.

At a stone throw away from Mont Blanc, with its wonderful sceneries that you will never forget, our area is sometimes called " The French Tyrol ".
The village is composed of chalets and cosy residences made of woods and rocks well integrated in this natural mountain area.
In winter, Crest-Voland has a very good snow level rate and a generous sun.
With its quality alpine and nordic skiing areas the resort propose a lot of sports and activities (such as skidoo, paragliding, snowshoeing, dog sledging,…).

SKIAREA

The Espace Diamant (Les Saisies, Crest-Voland, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet and Praz sur Arly) represent already 185 km of alpine slopes with the new link between Les Saisies and Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe. The final project must linked three more ski resorts to this area : Megève, Saint-Gervais and Les Contamines.

Thanks to the new “Espace Diamant” ski slopes
(from Les Saisies to Praz-sur-Arly, via Notre-Dame de Bellecombe / Flumet) , you can enjoy all that skiing has to offer.

The resort gained its first lift in 1951 and has grown steadily ever since, making the link to Les Saises in 1985 to create the huge 'Espace Crystal' ski region.
The "Espace Cristal" which already linked Les Saisies and Crest-Voland - Cohennoz, did give his place, last winter, to the new "Espace Diamant". From December 2005 this area has linked Notre-Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet and Praz sur Arly (about 185 km).

CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
More than only alpine ski resort, Crest-Voland offer you a beautifull cross country skiing area (about 140 km), world famous since 1992 an its Albertville Olympic Game.

The resorts of Val d'Arly also have cross-country ski trails of all levels of difficulty. See the countryside and villages from a different perspective while taking in a healthy breath of fresh air.

SNOWBOARDING
Although its family atmosphere and excess of surface lifts does not perhaps make Crest Volland a first choice for most boarders, the natural terrain is enticing a good many and the resort is truying hard with a snowpark and recently added popular boardercross course.

SLEIGH RIDES WITH HUSKIES
If you like wild countries, adventure and wonderful sceneries, you will enjoy dog sledging initiation in Les Saisies.

Where: meeting point down in "Le lac" skilift or car park down in the resort.
When: one day per week (usually Friday all day long).
Who: for everybody, children and adult.

A SLEDGING AREA:
A supervised area, on the Ugine side of the resort, awaits young and old. Please use this area, as sledging on the ski runs is forbidden.

SUMMER ACTVITIES
Being a little off the beaten track, there is nowhere better than the villages of Val d'Arly for a relaxing break in the heart of the mountains: the Mont Blanc, Aravis and Beaufortin massifs are right at hand.
